Kevin K. Nguyen is an associate in the firm's Southern California office. Since joining the firm, Kevin has worked on numerous appellate briefs, dispositive trial motions, and post-trial motions. Kevin brings his experience from prior litigation practice, covering a wide range of substantive areas including business torts, breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and professional negligence.

Kevin graduated cum laude from Loyola Law School, and was admitted to the Order of the Coif and Alpha Sigma Nu National Jesuit Honor Society. He earned First Honors in Property, Evidence, and California Civil Procedure. While at Loyola, he served as Chief Research Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review, Board Member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society, and Coordinator of the Young Lawyers Program.

During law school, Kevin served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Andrew J. Guilford of the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and worked as a law clerk for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office and California Department of Justice.

For his undergraduate degree, Kevin attended Loyola Marymount University and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a minor in Theater.

Kevin is licensed to practice law in California. He is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Los Angeles County.
